The primary residence sits on West Cliff Drive, a scenic 3-mile walking and biking path along the Pacific Ocean with incredible views of the Monterey Bay. Walk or bike to shops and restaurants or grab your surfboard and head down the street to Steamer Lane, a famous California surf spot.
The materials chosen across both homes reflect the colors and textures of the coastline. The West Cliff house features sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean from the kitchen, dining, and living rooms and has two decks allowing plenty of space for outdoor living. The back residence is also oriented with views towards the ocean.
The homes can accommodate up to 8 people individually or a larger group of 16 combined. Construction is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2023.
